I met Eileen while selling my home in Suwanee and was impressed with her knowledge and personality. Based on my desire for a home located in a small town/rural location, Eileen identified 9 properties in Auburn, Oakwood, Jefferson, Nicholson, and Commerce which were within my planned budget. We toured the homes and I made an offer on one, which was accepted but, thanks to Eileen 's diligence and her inspector/contractor network, we rescinded the offer due to structural and foundation issues found.
